At Design for Change Community, I’ve been pursuing UI/UX and product design alongside my Infosys role. For Justice Hub, I conducted user interviews and designed end-to-end case-tracking flows, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and a WCAG 2.2 AA-focused design system.
At Infosys, I worked on SAP Basis administration for the Mercedes-Benz project and investigated enterprise-system incidents for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Diagnosing system failures made me want to solve the human problems behind them, and I now apply that structured problem-solving to user research, journey mapping, and design.
