At Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, I lead UI/UX design for business-critical enterprise modules and a ticket and case management platform used by 200+ internal users. I've consolidated complex workflows, redesigned information architecture and navigation, and created 100+ screens across dashboard, ticket management, case creation, and lifecycle tracking.
I work closely with UK and India-based stakeholders and Agile teams, using discovery workshops, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to move products from concept through implementation. I've also helped establish a 50+ component design system that improves consistency, scalability, and design-engineering collaboration.
