At TCS, I independently delivered end-to-end UX/UI for eight enterprise applications across GE Vernova and Ultimatix. For GE Vernova, I designed grid-management experiences and improved task completion by 30% through iterative usability testing.
I conducted user research with field operators and translated findings into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. I also designed employee workflows for Ultimatix and previously supported Amazon.com customers, experiences that inform my user-focused approach.
