I’m a Healthcare BPO Team Leader with 15+ years of experience in RCM, Medical Billing, AR, and Transcription. I focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while ensuring work is delivered within TAT.
In my current role as Sr. Team Leader at Ascent Business Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd., I supervise associates and manage end-to-end workload across ERA, EFT, and manual batches. I also attend internal and client calls, track team efficiency and quality, provide feedback, and handle month-end closing and invoice preparation.
Previously, as a Team Coach (Mar 2022 – Sept 2023), I supervised daily charge/payment processing and ensured compliance while training new associates to maintain strong team quality.
