I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive revenue growth and client acquisition, expand portfolios through consultative wealth advisory, and mentor teams—while supporting strategic client management and business expansion.

I’m a client-focused insurance and sales professional with 4+ years of experience across financial services, insurance, and recruitment operations. I build and manage high-value client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and mentor teams to improve performance.

In my roles as a Senior Relationship Manager, Deputy Manager, and Financial Services Manager, I’ve driven client retention and expansion through strategic financial planning, cross-selling, renewals collection, and consultative selling. I pair client relationship management with wealth advisory—helping clients with tailored insurance and investment solutions using portfolio management, asset allocation, and wealth preservation insights, including NRI and international compliance needs.

Before fully focusing on client acquisition and insurance sales, I led teams in operations and talent sourcing, handling project closure activities, documentation, reporting, and client-candidate communication.
