I've designed functional and integration requirements for more than 20 interfaces in the NTT ecosystem, translating stakeholder needs into field-level specifications, processing logic, and implementation-ready design items. I work closely with client, development, and QA teams to validate requirements and test coverage.
Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I delivered British Telecom wholesale billing enhancements across BAL, GENIUS, AZTEC, and CIT. I designed billing flows for DIA Plus, built PL/SQL packages and procedures, led unit testing, and supported UAT and client demonstrations.
With 17+ years in IT and 8+ years in Telecom BSS and billing, I bring experience across India, the UK, and Japan, combining Agile delivery, stakeholder management, integration design, and technical leadership.
