I'm looking to lead and build scalable backend and AI-powered systems, combining architecture, intelligent automation, Agile delivery, and engineering mentorship.

I'm leading backend engineering at FIS, delivering insurance management platforms across Libya and Palestine, including Libya's Motor Insurance System and the Paltel Insurance Management System. I design reliable .NET Core 8 and Oracle architectures, automate policy and claims workflows, and own Agile delivery from planning through release.

Across Logitude World, Appiatech, Asal Technologies, and freelance engagements, I've built APIs, microservices, AI-powered email workflows, logistics platforms, aviation data systems, and smart-city applications using .NET Core, Python, Java Spring Boot, Angular, Azure, AWS, and RabbitMQ. I also mentor engineers, establish CI/CD pipelines, and integrate intelligent automation into production backends.
