What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate landscape projects end-to-end—documentation, claims, tender support, and site-ready drawings—while working closely with consultants and teams to deliver quality, timely outcomes.

I’m a landscape coordinator with hands-on experience across site supervision, project coordination, and landscape maintenance reporting. I focus on clear documentation, smooth consultant/client communication, and keeping work aligned with design intent.

From May 2020 to May 2024 as a Coordinator at EASTERN VIGOR SDN BHD, I tracked progress, followed up on certificates for claims, and maintained accurate project records. I prepared tender submissions, cost estimates, quotations, bill of quantity, and managed variation orders, progress claims, and site measurements.

I also create and verify construction-ready outputs—preparing as-built drawings and shopdrawing using 2D AutoCad and 3D Sketch-up, while ensuring subcontractor claims are evaluated and approved appropriately. During the defect liability period, I tracked outstanding works to support proper project completion.

Earlier, I supported admin and landscape architecture work at TONG SUN NURSERY SDN BHD, preparing maintenance reports, as-built drawings, and monthly progress claims, while managing site documentation for 100% compliance. I’ve contributed to landscape proposals for major projects, including phase-based landscape plans and softscape/hardscape works, and I’m currently building additional strength through my Data Analytics Bootcamp background.
