On the product side, I architected the concurrent dispatch layer for campaign messaging, built a multi-tenant Ticket Desk (CRM helpdesk) with omnichannel tickets and tenant-isolated SLA tracking, and shipped CPaaS / WhatsApp integrations across 4+ providers.
