Designed and built an AI-powered recruitment platform end-to-end solo, automating candidate sourcing, scoring, outreach, and testing from job description to hire. Reduced time-to-shortlist from ~7 days to 15 minutes and time-to-hire from 60–90 days to 14 days for using organizations.

Architected and shipped production systems end-to-end while leading a multidisciplinary team of 4+ engineers and designers. Built the GICC executive intelligence platform and GenHRM enterprise HR platform used daily by 2,500+ employees, alongside multiple production web and mobile products.

Developed and maintained cross-platform mobile apps for food delivery and hospitality using React Native. Designed the original GenHRM system and built hotel booking platforms, improving performance and uptime through caching and monitoring.

Engineered NebulaPay, a fintech payment platform, driving a 30% increase in customer adoption. Modernized development practices to improve code quality and deployment consistency and delivered full-stack solutions for enterprise clients.

Maintained and upgraded legacy web systems for key clients across multiple sectors. Proposed and executed UI/UX enhancements that improved user experience and retention.

Supported development and auditing of business websites, assisting with client communication and reporting. Contributed to website work under supervision in a production environment.
