I've delivered QA leadership and automation work at Tata Consultancy Services across Channel 4 UK, TDC, Toyota Financial Services, and Citi Bank North America.
For Channel 4, I analyze epics and user stories, create estimates and test plans, oversee end-to-end execution across TEST, STAG, and PROD, and maintain a QF Test desktop automation framework. I'm also developing a REST Assured-based BDD framework for API test automation and upskilling resources in Selenium, Java, REST Assured, and BDD.
For TDC, I helped develop and maintain a Cucumber-based BDD regression framework and introduced in-sprint automation. I've managed release risks, supported critical go-lives and WAR Room sessions, and coordinated production incident and hypercare support.
