I want to lead QA automation that’s tightly integrated with CI/CD, using scalable Selenium/BDD and API testing. I’m looking for an Agile team where I can mentor engineers, improve quality strategy, and strengthen release confidence through measurable results.

I’m a QA Automation Lead and Technical Lead with 13+ years of experience in software testing, spanning automation testing with Selenium (Java) and API testing, plus functional, manual, mobile, and test management.

I build scalable automation frameworks and focus on reliability and maintainability—using BDD with Cucumber, Page Object Model, and data-driven approaches—to accelerate regression testing and improve release confidence.

In Agile environments, I integrate Selenium-Java automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, and Maven, coordinating with DevOps, developers, and business teams to deliver high-quality releases. I also lead defect management through tools like JIRA/HP ALM, ensuring issues are tracked, analyzed, and resolved effectively.

I actively mentor QA engineers, set automation standards and coding guidelines, and translate requirements into effective test scenarios through strong requirement analysis and test planning. I’m especially proud of outcomes like reducing manual effort (60%) through automated functional and regression coverage.
