At L & T Technology Services Ltd., I update switchboard and panelboard assemblies using sheet metal design, incorporating revision changes and customer requirements. I also resolve design errors and interference, and validate assemblies before customer submission.
At AbhiyantaArka LLP, I designed sheet metal and plastic parts for new products and translated concepts into detailed CAD designs and documentation. I also led a 15-member team and coordinated with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
My project work includes ground engineering systems, automotive components, a free-flow conveyor line, and an EV battery handling and swapping system. At Microfinish Pumps Pvt. Ltd., I modeled pump components and prepared models for finite element analysis using Hypermesh.
