At NSquare Xperts Pvt. Ltd., I build Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, from Dataverse apps and automation to custom C# plugins. I work with clients and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions through deployment.
I independently designed and built Customer Pulse AI, an end-to-end customer sentiment and agent quality analysis solution for Dynamics 365 CRM, published on Microsoft Marketplace. It includes real-time sentiment analysis, an auto-escalation framework, configuration and performance pages, and dashboards.
Across projects, I’ve customized Dynamics 365 for safety equipment, car dealership, and field service scenarios. I’ve also built an Azure Maps geospatial analytics dashboard and solutions using AI Builder, Power Pages, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
