I build Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that automate CRM workflows and business processes.

At Accenture, I build and deploy Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions, from model-driven apps and Dataverse customizations to forms, views, and business rules. I was awarded the Sparkling Star for outstanding performance and client delivery.

I've automated CRM workflows with Power Automate and implemented complex server-side logic using C# plugins and custom workflow activities. I also develop Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps for integrations, work with REST APIs and FetchXML, and use JavaScript to improve form validation and user experience.

Across projects including RBG Kew Gardens and MCAPS: IGD Dev Center, I gather requirements, test and deploy solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and manage CI/CD deployments through Azure DevOps.
