At Accenture, I customize Dynamics 365 CE for Ecolab and develop Canvas Apps integrated with Dataverse. I also develop and customize Power Apps Code Apps using the modern Power Platform development model.
For CMHC, I developed Dynamics 365 CE plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript, and designed SSRS reports integrated into the CRM solution.
At TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, I worked on upgrading ABN AMRO’s on-premise CRM 2016 application to Dynamics 365 Online and migrating its data using SSIS and Azure Data Factory. I also created a web service hosted in an Azure Function App and captured logs in Azure App Insights.
I hold Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) and Solution Architect (PL-600) certifications. My experience also includes developing Power BI and SSRS reports, deploying CRM solutions across environments, and creating xUnit test cases for Azure Functions.
