I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation, data and analytics delivery, and Agile programs where I can build governance, develop leaders, improve delivery predictability, and advance practical Generative AI adoption.

At Infosys, I've spent 18+ years leading enterprise transformation, Agile delivery, and data and analytics programs for global clients. I currently built the operating model for a newly formed enterprise Data Tower, establishing governance, KPIs, executive reporting, service standards, and escalation mechanisms.

I manage 45+ professionals across SLA-driven support and development workstreams, coordinating delivery across Azure, Informatica, MSBI, Power BI, SAP BI/BW, and RPA. Previously, I managed a $2.6M+ annual delivery portfolio, led 40+ professionals, influenced 120+ data practitioners, stabilized high-risk programs, and strengthened customer confidence through delivery governance.
