What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead UX, product, and AI solution design work where I can connect customer insight, business strategy, and technology to create intuitive enterprise experiences.

At CX EXL Services, I lead end-to-end UX strategy for enterprise digital solutions, translating ambiguous client goals into structured CX frameworks, technical specifications, and high-conversion customer journeys.

I've supported presales pitches, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, technical product demonstrations, and experience walkthroughs that communicate SaaS product value to B2B clients. I also lead discovery sessions and journey-mapping initiatives to uncover operational friction and recommend target-state UX improvements.
