I've managed the day-to-day IT environment at L. Papaphilippou & Co LLC since 2014, supporting endpoints, business applications, Microsoft 365, networks, printers, security controls, and technology projects.

I administer user accounts, permissions, onboarding and offboarding; monitor systems and networks; resolve incidents remotely and in person; and maintain hardware, software, asset inventories, documentation, and contingency arrangements.

My background also includes desktop support at the Electricity Authority of Cyprus, structured cabling and communications infrastructure at Net Masters, and networking product management at A.T. Multitech. I translate operational requirements into practical technical recommendations, coordinate vendors and procurement, and support secure, reliable business systems.
