Developing an open-source Figma-native plugin to streamline design-token workflows and provide direct Figma-to-GitHub JSON pushes; submitted for Figma community plugin review.

Delivered brand identity, art direction, illustration, and front-end design for 10+ clients, launching websites with component-based architectures and growing social reach for key clients (e.g., Instagram 14k→140k).

Built the company's first design system from zero, growing tokens from 150 to 864+ and driving 90% QA reduction, 70% clean handoff rate, and ~1,920 hours saved through component reuse while leading adoption across 7+ products.

Co-owned product lifecycle on a 3-person team with no PM, driving roadmap, user validation and information architecture to launch features and establish a comprehensive UI system and component library.

Designed UI across multiple concurrent products at different stages (0→1 to live), optimized UX/UI features, and established clean handoff processes with a front-end developer across an 8-hour timezone gap.
