I’m a Certified Medical Assistant with 8 years of field experience, focused on dependable patient support, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day clinical operations. I bring hands-on strength in triage, scheduling, and procedure support across busy healthcare settings.

In my most recent role as a Clinical Investigation Specialist, I operate independent representation of wound care products & grafts, coordinate peer-to-provider meetings, and manage ordering and service products. I also completed Google Works & Co Pilot Training, reinforcing how I work with tools and processes to improve outcomes.

Previously, I served as a Front Desk Receptionist at a dermatology practice, handling phone systems, appointment scheduling, procedure set-ups and after-care, and assisting with PDT & SRT while supporting billing training. Earlier positions strengthened my lab and specimen collection experience, plus scribing and front office scheduling for OBGYN and GP workflows.

I’m patient-centered, organized, and consistent under pressure—whether I’m collecting specimens, assisting with vital signs and injections, or supporting medical records and billing. I’m CPR/BLS certified, and I’m motivated to keep improving clinical accuracy, efficiency, and care quality wherever I’m needed.
