I've worked at Don State Technical University as a PHP and Go developer, organizing and supporting local infrastructure for cloud storage, collaborative development, and VoIP.
I built Go and PHP backends, including the DonSTU System of Notification, a project used by employers and offered to students. Its core is written in Go with an embedded TypeScript web interface.
I've also worked on a collective document-access system, C89-99backend, and Sgopherd, a C server for building hierarchical infrastructure through the Gopher protocol.
