What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve high-load B2B or B2G backend systems, solve performance bottlenecks, modernize legacy code, and contribute through hands-on development and technical leadership.

I've upgraded a live federal e-procurement platform from Symfony 6.2 to 7.3, cut script memory consumption fivefold through profiling, and redesigned logging to free roughly 300 GB in the database. I build the backend lifecycle for B2B and B2G systems, including integrations with EIS and the Independent Registrar under Russian federal law 44-FZ.

I've also developed a nationwide medical information system across approximately 30 Russian regions and a SaaS platform for development and project management. I combine hands-on PHP development with technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, technical interviews, 1-on-1s, and development plans for engineers.
