What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead maternity services, drive quality improvement, mentor staff, and champion respectful, evidence-based maternal care.

I am a dedicated midwife specialist with extensive tertiary maternity experience, focused on delivering safe, respectful and high-quality care for women and newborns. My practice emphasizes respectful maternity care and advocacy for women's rights throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

I have progressive leadership experience managing labour ward operations, coordinating resources, and driving quality improvement and assurance within a large academic hospital. I lead staff development, training and mentorship programs to strengthen clinical skills and patient safety.

My clinical background is supported by a Master of Science in Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and additional qualifications in midwifery, neonatal nursing and infection control. I actively participate in clinical research and foster evidence-based practice.
