Silindile Madlophe

I am a Clinical Nurse Practitioner and health services manager with progressive experience in primary care and facility leadership, serving as lead health care provider and assistant manager since 2019. I champion data-driven quality assurance, develop operational and quality improvement plans, and participate in facility assessments to improve service delivery.

My clinical background includes roles as a registered nurse and midwife where I provided direct patient care, managed admissions to discharge, trained new nurses, audited clinical documentation, and supervised teams and students. I hold postgraduate clinical and health services management qualifications and have been recognized for academic achievement during clinical training.

I communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans, and bring strong Microsoft Office and data management skills to drive measurable improvements in patient care. I am solutions-oriented, self-directed, and willing to relocate anywhere to contribute to stronger, safer clinical services.
