I’m a Senior Overseas SQE Leader in QA at Contemporary Amperex Technology, focused on APAC EV and ESS battery materials supplier chain management. I manage global chemical material supplier quality for products including separator, graphite, and other chemical materials.

I analyze incoming quality and process issues using AIAG core tools, then drive resolution through structured quality methods such as 8D, FTA, and 5 Whys. My goal is to turn early signals into durable corrective and preventive actions.

I lead process, product, and customer audits, and I support high-impact SQE business development projects. Highlights include chemical material export quality assurance, CATL Indonesia factory SQE work, global chemical strategy alignment with OEM teams, and negotiation of LRS/LRA/JV initiatives with Tesla/GM/Ford.

Previously, I worked as a Vehicle Audit Engineer handling CS&CQ tasks like major call tracking/alert outputting and after-sales issues confirmation and analysis, plus daily/weekly quality reporting. I also support global calibration and document/standard updates; I bring an auditor mindset through IATF16949 and VDA 6.3/VDA 6.5 certifications, with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) driving how I execute.
