What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality engineering and automation initiatives that improve software reliability, R&D efficiency, and delivery outcomes across complex digital platforms and enterprise projects.

I've led end-to-end quality assurance at Deloitte for automotive business chains, big data platforms, and AI-powered legacy-system reconstruction, coordinating more than 13 teams to deliver testing successfully.

At China Mobile IoT, I managed testing teams, developed core testing-framework modules and protocol performance tools, and built private-deployment tools that shortened average POC testing by 1.5 days. I also drove R&D workflow improvements through quality notifications and defect-resolution initiatives.

Across Zbj.com, Okooo.com, Qunar.com, and other software projects, I've built UI and API automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, performance-testing capabilities, and reusable test tools. I use Java, Python, Selenium, Playwright, and Jenkins to improve reliability, R&D efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
