I’m a Certified Information Governance Professional and a data governance leader focused on enterprise-scale transformation. I deliver firm-wide initiatives, tools, and technologies that enable trusted data, reduce risk, and strengthen governance.

At PwC’s US Chief Data Office, I’ve served as a Senior Manager since December 2017, and previously held Manager roles. I lead strategic data governance initiatives that address critical business and data challenges while aligning outcomes with firm-wide priorities.

I drive practical governance capabilities end to end, from evaluation to deployment. I led the design and rollout of data access and authorization controls, developed an AI-driven knowledge assistant for the CDO website to improve user experience, and implemented an enterprise de-identification capability to enable secure secondary use of client data while protecting sensitive information.

I also support teams through coaching and mentorship, serving as a career coach and mentor to junior staff. With a background that includes ARMA International recognition and a Six Sigma White Belt, I bring a disciplined, collaborative approach to strengthening team capability and governance outcomes.
