At PFEC Madagascar, I’m leading the rollout of a 40 MW utility-scale solar power plant. I secured the regulatory permits, environmental approvals, and grid-connection agreements needed for financial close and construction, and I coordinate with contractors, authorities, and off-take partners.

At TotalEnergies, I launched the Renewable Explorer program in Madagascar and developed a pipeline of 10+ solar projects. Earlier, at Eco8, Inc., I developed Madagascar’s first waste-to-energy project and structured a $135M equity-debt financing package.
