At AXIAN Group – Digibank & Fintech, I coordinate risk management and internal control frameworks across five country operations. I assess risks in business processes, new products, projects and third-party relationships, and recommend proportionate mitigation measures.
At Groupama Assurances Mutuelles, I led the operational risk insurance programme across the Group’s entities and subsidiaries. I assessed financial and operational exposures and negotiated with brokers and insurers on pricing, terms and coverage.
At Crédit Agricole Assurances, I managed claims for Harvest and affiliated products, conducted control and audit reviews, and developed Excel-based pricing and steering tools. Earlier, at GMF Assurances – Covéa, I built dashboards and translated regulatory changes into internal control procedures.
