What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role with a US-based company where I can own end-to-end delivery of enterprise platforms, modernize complex systems, and build practical AI-enabled automation across healthcare, payroll, banking, or similar high-impact domains.

I've built enterprise platforms for Bupa Global Latinoamerica, Insperity/Encora, ARS Senasa, Banco de Reservas, and ARS Palic. My work includes a healthcare platform serving 4 million affiliates, payroll modules for 200+ enterprise clients, and automated medical claims processing for 8,000+ healthcare providers.

I'm currently building NursingCare end to end, from a .NET 10 API and React web app to an admin portal and React Native mobile app. I use C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, React, Angular, SQL Server, Azure, Docker, and AI agent workflows to replace manual work, including a SQL-to-C# converter that compressed a five-year modernization effort to two years and an AI incident-resolution system that reduced MTTR by 70%.
