At Steploop, I’ve delivered 30+ design and strategy projects for 15+ clients across manufacturing, fintech, retail and B2B. My work spans product definition, customer experience and manufacturing workflows, translating research into business decisions and deployed solutions.

At INITIA , UNO Minda, I developed a framework for assigning vehicle functions across physical controls, touch, voice, gesture and displays. In academic research, I’ve studied visitor experiences at Maharashtra forts and contributed to field research on Anganwadi attendance, nutrition and learning barriers.

Synthesized HMI evolution, OEM benchmarking, and multimodal interaction mapping into a feature-bucketing system and UX guideline matrix.
