At Microsoft, I lead research and end-to-end UX for AI creation and agent experiences across Microsoft 365 Copilot, PowerPoint, and Loop. I designed the Create composer as a one-prompt-to-editable-artifact model, and defined workflows for long-running tasks with review, approvals, and user control.

At Flipkart, I led research and redesigned post-purchase journeys, contributing to higher self-serve engagement and fewer support contacts.
