I've designed research-led digital products and services, most recently as a UX Design & Research Intern at Codec Tech, where I identified usability gaps across healthcare and e-commerce platforms and translated findings into personas, journey maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
My work includes Nirmaan Sathi, a multilingual mobile service for unorganised construction workers, as well as gig-economy service design, a food-donation app redesign, and a campus wayfinding system. I use field research, stakeholder mapping, service blueprinting, and usability testing to make complex systems clearer and more accessible.
Before moving into UX, I spent seven years leading architectural design and stakeholder processes. That experience helps me balance user needs, technical constraints, and ambiguous requirements while moving ideas from research through delivery.
