I’m a results-driven Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist with experience in brand management, AI-powered workflow automation, and e-commerce growth & automation. I build automated systems that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, lead acquisition, and digital visibility.

In my current BrandManagement & DigitalMarketing role (TheOutletng, January 2024–Present), I execute weekly and monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. I manage Shopify store organization (product uploads, collections, and product presentation) to improve customer experience and conversion rates, develop social content and support paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to improve marketing effectiveness and product positioning.

I also support end-to-end online business operations, including website management, advertising, customer communication, AI automation systems, and content production—leveraging tools like n8n and Zapier to drive scalable growth.
