I’m a Community Resource Facilitator focused on driving community interventions that strengthen child wellbeing outcomes. I bring a progressive background in community development, probation support, rehabilitation programs, and case management, grounded in strong documentation and integrity.

In the State department of corrections services, I improved data accuracy by 15% by managing case information in Microsoft Excel. I processed and monitored over 300 case files, supported probation officers in supervision updates, and contributed to risk assessments for 50 cases that informed pre-bail reports and safer decision-making.

I also strengthen rehabilitation and reintegration through actionable casework: I conducted 25 social inquiries, connected 30 probationers to essential support services, and ensured the confidentiality, accuracy, and systematic organization of 500 case documents. I handle records with discipline so decisions are audit-ready and informed by accurate insights.

As a Community Resource Facilitator with World Vision Kenya, I design and facilitate technical programs, mobilize communities and partners, and build capacity through coaching and mentoring. I integrate child-focused safeguards, run monitoring & evaluation tools, and conduct sensitization on child rights and protection to help create safer environments.
