Stephany Chavez

I’m a highly motivated and detail-oriented college student currently serving as a Manager Assistant at First Service Residential, where I support the manager with daily administrative operations such as data entry, work order processing, and responding to resident inquiries via phone and email. I also coordinate purchasing of essential supplies for the condominium complex and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

Earlier, I built strong customer-service experience as a Retail Associate at Victoria’s Secret, handling cashier transactions accurately while assisting customers with product inquiries, fitting room support, and recommendations. I’ve also served as a Biology Teacher Assistant at Buffalo Grove High School, contributing to classroom management, lab safety protocols, student attendance and participation tracking, and one-on-one tutoring to strengthen biology understanding.
