I’m looking to lead cross-functional healthcare or enterprise transformation projects—driving workflow optimization, governance, and measurable operational improvements while partnering closely with executives and stakeholders.

I’m a PMP-certified, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project manager with 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives across healthcare operations, program and project lifecycle management, governance, and performance improvement. I partner with executive stakeholders to turn strategy into implementation—managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, and post-go-live support.

In my recent role, I redesigned enterprise workflows and improved efficiency and data accuracy by 70% using Lean Six Sigma methods.
