Stephanie Ridley

I’m a security officer and supervisor with experience supporting customer-focused, day-to-day operations across major contracts. I’ve handled check-ins/check-outs, rounds, and security camera monitoring while maintaining strong communication with the public.

In my security roles at Allied Universal Protection Services, I oversaw daily operations, ensured coverage when someone called off, completed time sheets, and answered questions via phone and email. I also performed contract-related responsibilities for both the M&T Bank and Alstom contracts, including sending and receiving emails when needed.

Before security, I built a customer service foundation as a cashier and shift/site supervisor experience from earlier work at a gas station and mini mart. I’m up to date with computer use and Microsoft Office, and I bring great English writing skills from writing my own book and poems—so I’m organized, professional, and ready to support teams that value reliability and clear communication.
