What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue practicing as a physician in pediatrics and emergency settings, where I can deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and keep growing through training, mentorship, and research-driven practice.

I’m a physician currently working as a Medical Officer at Gregorio T Lluch Memorial Hospital (October 2024 to present), with a strong foundation in pediatric care and frontline patient management. I bring a careful, patient-centered approach shaped by both clinical training and real-time decision-making.

Previously, I served as a Pediatric Resident Doctor at Adventist Medical Center Iligan (March 2021 to March 2024) and as an Emergency Room Physician (April 2019 to March 2021). I also gained valuable perspective as a Visiting Physician at Misisamis Oriental Provincial Hospital–Manticao (January 2020 to March 2021 and March 2024 to July 2024).

My practice is strengthened by my nursing background, including work as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Adventist Medical Center–Iligan (January 2020 to March 2021 and March 2024 to July 2024). I’ve completed advanced life-support training such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Basic Life Support, and I’ve also trained in essential newborn care and resuscitation, plus wound closure skills.

I’m committed to continuous improvement—supported by consistent academic recognition and research activity. I authored a retrospective cohort study for the 2023 PPS-NCM Interhospital Research Contest and was a finalist in the 2016 Basic Science Category, and I aim to keep translating evidence into safer, more effective care.
