Carol Boclongan

I’m a dedicated and compassionate General Physician with experience in patient care, clinical assessment, and medical management. I’m skilled in handling outpatient consultations, preventive care, and patient education, while maintaining accurate and complete medical records.

In my current role providing “Online consultation – Present,” I conduct patient consultations, diagnose and manage common medical conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans. I also provide patient counseling and preventive healthcare education with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

My clinical foundation is strengthened through “Postgraduate Internship Quirino Memorial Medical Center” (Rotated through Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Emergency Medicine). I assisted in patient management, procedures, case presentations, ward rounds, and emergency care.

Before transitioning fully into physician practice, I built patient-centered experience through nursing roles at “Kalinga Provincial Hospital” and “St. Jude Multispecialty Hospital,” including Aesthetic on call and home service “Vitamin drip.” I bring calm, team-oriented professionalism, supported by certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
