Norleen User

I am a physician and registered medical technologist with comprehensive clinical training across internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, OB-GYN, family medicine, emergency medicine, dermatology, anesthesiology, and pathology. I completed my Doctor of Medicine in 2024 and hold a BS in Medical Laboratory Science, bringing both diagnostic and clinical expertise to patient care.

During my internship and clerkship I managed inpatient and outpatient cases under supervision, assisted with procedures including IV insertion, suturing, NGT and Foley catheterization, wound care, paracentesis, chest tube and femoral catheter insertions, and participated actively in rounds and emergency care. I am competent in clinical assessment, basic emergency care, minor surgical and bedside procedures, and medical documentation.

I value ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate care and am committed to service—particularly in resource-limited communities—demonstrated through medical missions and community involvement. I work well in multidisciplinary teams and prioritize patient education and collaborative problem-solving.
