What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead evidence-based, person-centred programs and education in gerontology or mental health, collaborate across teams, and measure meaningful outcomes.

I am an applied gerontologist with clinical and community experience in gerontology, mental health, dementia care, and developmental supports. I combine research, data analysis, and knowledge translation to design and evaluate programs that improve health outcomes for older adults and neurodiverse populations.

My work spans clinical practice, non-profit program delivery, and research — from conducting retrospective chart audits and qualitative studies to developing staff curricula and system-level policy briefs. I have led education initiatives, facilitated interprofessional collaboration, and implemented evidence-informed interventions across long-term care, community, and outpatient settings.

I am collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on capacity-building through tailored training, workshops, and quality-improvement efforts. I prioritize person-centred approaches, equity, and measurable impact in every role I undertake.
