Performed pretesting (autorefractor, OCT, Optos, tonometry), reception duties including scheduling and OHIP verification, and processed insurance claims to streamline patient visits and office operations.

Completed a Master of Applied Gerontology focusing on gerontological practice, program administration, and improving health and well-being of older adults through policy and practice interventions.
