Stefan Schweighofer

I’m a Process Engineer (Verfahrensingenieur) working at Rohrdorfer, where I focus on improving and supporting industrial processes in a cement-related environment. My foundation is a Master of Science in Rohstoffverarbeitung with a Schwerpunkt in Baustoffe und Keramik (Gesteinshüttenwesen).

Before my current role, I gained hands-on experience at Vetropack Group and supported process-related work over multiple months. I’m comfortable working in production contexts where reliability, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving matter.

In my Masterarbeit at the Lehrstuhl Gesteinshüttenwesen, I conducted an experimental investigation of Gießpulvern (casting powders). That project strengthened my ability to connect material behavior with process outcomes using structured experimentation and clear technical reasoning.

I enjoy roles where process engineering meets material science—especially at the interface of quality and performance, with an eye on Umwelt (environment) and Anwendungstechnik. I bring a “learn fast, analyze clearly, improve steadily” mindset to every task I take on.
