At Blue Danube Robotics GmbH, I worked on chemistry, production, plastics technology, and product and process development for AIRSKIN. I identified and addressed polyurethane quality problems, developed a quantitative test for polyol reactivity, and contributed to production release testing for isocyanate prepolymers.
I also developed processes and material solutions for thermoforming with coextruded TPU film, including prototype work and adhesion and thermal-property optimisation. At Böhringer Ingelheim, I worked in upstream cell culture and downstream active-ingredient purification in GMP production; I also contributed to research-support and legal review work at Technische Universität Wien.
