What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role in health technology or clinical operations where I can bridge care delivery and workflow/infrastructure improvements—partnering with teams to scale integrated models, strengthen EHR-enabled compliance, and improve access and outcomes.

I’m a licensed behavioral health clinician with a proven track record of improving how care gets delivered—bridging clinical practice and operational improvement across Medicaid, CHIP, and commercial insurance populations. I consult across clinical and administrative teams to find workflow gaps and build practical processes that make integrated care work.

In my current role, I provide clinical leadership and direct behavioral health services across four pediatric primary care clinics within an integrated primary care behavioral health (IPCBH) model. I partner with practice management and administrative leadership to identify insurance-based access barriers, then implement workflow solutions, provider communication strategies, and outreach tools to expand patient access.

I’m outcomes-driven and operationally hands-on. I identified and resolved bottlenecks across referral coordination, documentation, and care transitions—reducing administrative burden and improving continuity of care—and I’ve contributed to measurable results including 85% treatment goal completion within nine months and 80% permanency outcomes through structured care planning and cross-system coordination.

I also strengthen the systems that support care at scale. As an Epic superuser and clinical training lead for behavioral health teams, I deliver onboarding and in-service training on screening tools, documentation standards, and behavioral health workflow integration, while maintaining diagnostic compliance aligned with Medicaid and CHIP guidance. I’m now transitioning into health technology to support the tools, teams, and infrastructure that improve care delivery at scale.
