Alisa Schanz

I am a state-certified educator with focused training as a youth and home educator, bringing hands-on experience in residential care, kindergarten support, and therapeutic living groups. I combine formal training with practical roles that prioritize children's wellbeing and development.

Over multiple years I provided emotional and social support, assisted with daily life skills, and liaised with families, schools, and professionals to create coordinated care plans. I have worked directly with children with additional needs and in social therapeutic settings to encourage independence and self-confidence.

I also have experience in parent and professional collaboration, communicating progress and concerns clearly, and contributing to interdisciplinary teams alongside therapists. My background includes a free social year at a school for children with physical disabilities and vocational training as a youth educator.

I hold an international driver's license, a Working with Children Check (NSW), and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, bringing additional skills in wellbeing and movement to support children's social and motor development.

This year I also gained some experience in the tourism area. I worked at a reception of a hostel in the Philippines and supportrd the guests .
