Steben Arabis

I’m a Licensed Professional Teacher with experience in ESL instruction, administrative support, and cold calling. I focus on delivering quality work in fast-paced environments, staying adaptable and detail-oriented while supporting learners and clients.

I taught English to international students by delivering online English lessons as an ESL Teacher for Phonics Online Tutorial Services (POTS) from 2018 to 2019. I also monitored student progress and provided feedback to help learners improve effectively.

Alongside teaching, I supported administrative and sales activities as a Cold Caller / Admin for Zac Mathis Property Group (September 2025 to November 2025). I made cold calls and computed ideal and final offers, tracked leads and appointments, and monitored team performance while handling administrative tasks and data management.

I bring formal training and strong academic achievement, including a 150-Hour TESOL, 120-Hour TEFL, and 80-Hour Basic Computer Literacy. I’ve been a consistent Dean’s Lister and an Academic Excellence Awardee, and I’m committed to dependable, high-quality results.
