Led technology strategy, process design, and AI-augmented delivery for multiple SMB engagements, covering scoping through vendor selection and implementation roadmaps. Designed an AI-powered operations platform for short-term rental property management, including integration architecture across booking and payment systems.

Designed and operated production-grade distributed blockchain validator infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and bare metal, maintaining high availability as a solo operator. Implemented a custom SoftEther VPN overlay for secure multi-cloud networking, and built observability and automated operations using Prometheus/Grafana and Python/Bash.

Owned product strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle governance for a telecommunications and networking product portfolio from concept/specification through QA and production release. Coordinated hardware/software engineering workstreams and managed OEM/ODM and chipset vendor relationships, translating business requirements into precise technical specifications.

Led the end-to-end development and international launch of a consumer VPN router, owning concept definition, architecture oversight, firmware development, QA, deployment, and post-launch iteration. Built and managed a cross-functional engineering team while retaining P&L responsibility and driving product roadmap decisions from market feedback.

Directed full-cycle development of telecom CPE and VoIP equipment for Russia’s largest operators, including GPON/xPON ONTs, LTE/4G routers, and VoIP ATA adapters. Managed requirements with operator customers, coordinated OEM and distributed vendor development, and led operator certification, field testing, and commercial rollout activities across teams of 10–30 people.

Completed an engineering degree at Moscow Aviation Institute.

Completed the Google AI Professional Certificate covering AI for data analysis, research & insights, workflow automation, and content & communication.
