At a HIPAA-regulated US healthcare platform, I own the Kafka event architecture for 30 microservices and still ship code every sprint. I joined as a Senior Software Engineer and was promoted to Tech Lead, where I guide a cross-functional team of ten.

I led the Java 8 to Java 21 migration across 30+ services, reducing memory footprint by 28% and doubling concurrent request capacity. After I instrumented services with Micrometer, Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry, mean time to resolution fell from hours to under 30 minutes.

I designed and built an AI document and speech recognition service using Amazon Textract and Transcribe; it cut clinical data-entry time by 4x. I also introduced circuit breakers, timeouts and retry budgets that reduced production incidents by 40% quarter over quarter.

At SoftServe, I led backend work on a Google Cloud streaming platform and scaled it to 5M+ events per day. Earlier, I worked on a Black Friday AdTech platform, a crypto-trading platform and freelance web projects; I’m open to full-time or B2B contract roles in EU time zones.
